(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a single motor vehicle collision at Brant Road and Glenn Morris Road.
At approximately 9:40 p.m. Saturday September 28th, 2013, an officer arrived at the scene and found a 2008 Honda Civic in the ditch. While the officer was talking to the male driver he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP Detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Michael WILSON 23 years of age from the City of Burlington is facing the following Criminal charges
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 25th, 2013 to answer to the charges.
