(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On February 28, 2018 Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Salem Road. At approximately 9:58 p.m. police stopped a grey Saturn with a lone male driver. An open bottle of beer was observed in the vehicle. The male driver registered a warning” on the roadside screening device. A warning is registered on a device when the reading from the breath sample is between 50-79 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
