(TAY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Friday October 16, 2015 at 10:01 p.m. officers from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a motor vehicle weaving on Highway 12 in the Town of Midland.
The motor vehicle was stopped a short time later on Highway 12 in Victoria Harbour. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested by police. The white GMC van was impounded for 7 days and the male’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
Dragan BOZIC (age 49) of Tay Township has been charged with:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Operating a Motor Vehicle with more than 80mgs of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland Ontario on October 29, 2015.
