(SUDBURY, ON)- On October 10, 2016, at approximately 9:01 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting radar enforcement and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Dominos MANITOWABI, 34 years of age, from Wikwemikong, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act – 2 counts
Speeding, contrary to section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on October 31, 2016.
