(Rockland, ON) On December 26, 2013 OPP Constable Jason St-Amour responded to a domestic related incident at the Canadian Tire Store in Rockland. At that location a female reported that while in the store she was bumped by a male that she then recognized as her ex- partner. She then observed the male exit the store and proceed near her vehicle. When she got out she noticed some damages on her vehicle. Police attended and investigated the matter.
A 58 year old male from Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on January 15, 2014 to answer to the following charges:
CC 266 Assault – Spousal
CC 430(4) Mischief – Domestic
