(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – The members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking the public for their assistance in solving this crime.
At approximately 12:00 p.m. (noon) on September 18th, 2016 two females were walking a dog on a leash on the Beach in the area of 62nd Street North when a third female approached with three dogs that were not leashed. The owner of the single leashed dog a 58 year old female from Wasaga Beach requested the female with the three dogs to leash her dogs that where advancing. This caused a verbal altercation to escalate with the female with the three dogs assaulting the female with the singled leashed dog.
The suspect in this case is described as:
Female
White
Approximately 5’8”
Approximately 125Lbs.
Approximately 45 years old
Long dirty blond hair
With three dogs
