Dog Harmed During Break And Enter – Robert DELL Faces Multiple Charges

(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a local man with several criminal offences. The charges stem from two separate incidents that occurred in Kirkland Lake. The first on May 19, 2013 was the unlawful entry of a residence located on Goodfish Road and subsequent injury inflicted on a dog. The second on August 28, 2013 was the assault of the victim outside a licensed establishment in Kirkland Lake.

Charged is Robert DELL age 47 of Kirkland Lake with Assault, Threatening, Break Enter a Place and Commit an Indictable Offence, Cruelty to Animals and Breach of Probation. The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on November 14, 2013.
