Ditch Stuck Pickup Truck Leads To Impaired Charge For Brockton Man – Name Released

(BRANT TWP, ON) – On March 3, 2017 at 10:39 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a Red pick-up truck in the ditch along Concession 2 in Brant Township. Officers arrived to find a Red Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck had left the roadway and was stuck in the ditch. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Fifty-two-year old Steven STRADER of Brockton was charged with impaired care or control and care or control over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 5, 2017 to answer to the charges. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
