(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 23 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at approximately 1:26 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street North and Fourteenth Street East, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 23 year old Diedrich Klasssen HILDEBRANDT of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
