(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 24-year-old male after checking a vehicle at a 1st Concession Road ENR, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, August 14, 2016 at approximately 7:21 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of 1st Concession Road ENR when a vehicle was stopped at checked for driver sobriety.
As a result, police have charged 24-year-old Dicky PETERS of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
