(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Rest Acres Road and stopped a male driving a 2010 Acura.
At approximately 2:10 a.m. Saturday August 17, 2013 an officer stopped a vehicle for erratic driving. When talking to the male driver the officer could smell the strong odour of alcohol. The driver was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result of the test he was transported to Woodstock Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Devon TURNBULL 39 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 13, 2013 to answer to the charges.
