(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 45-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at an Elm Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, June 18, 2018 at approximately 10:54 a.m., an officer was conducting patrols in the area of Evergreen Hill Road near Queen Street South when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at an Elm Street address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 45-year-old Dennis GIESS of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
