(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On April 26, 2016 at approximately 7:05 pm officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a vehicle stuck in a ditch on Moor Road.
Officers located the vehicle travelling on Moor Road. An investigation was commenced and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol and was arrested and charged with Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The 59 year old driver, William DENNING, will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on May 19, 2016.
