(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 4, 2016 at approximately 9:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fatal collision involving a single motor vehicle on Wellington Road 21 near the 6th Line, Centre Wellington Township.
The driver 32-year-old Cameron HENRICH of Kitchener was pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
Officers are continuing to investigate the cause of this collision. The Wellington County OPP is asking anyone that may have witnessed this collision to please call 1-888-310-1122.
