Debbie Lynn SMALLPIECE – Drunk Driving

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On March 29, 2015 an OPP officer conducted a vehicle stop on Kent Street near Adelaide Street North and determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.

As a result of the investigation Debbie Lynn SMALLPIECE, 45 years of age, of Vaughan, was arrested and charged with impaired driving and with driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100mL of blood. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on April 23, 2015.
