(NAPANEE, ON)- On Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 1:45 a.m. an officer on patrol with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) checked the occupant of a pick-up truck that was found running while parked behind a licenced liquor establishment in the Town of Greater Napanee.
A lone male, seated in the driver’s seat, was arrested for over 80 mgs. after failing an alcohol roadside screening device test.
He was taken to Napanee OPP detachment where he was given further breath tests.
Charged with over 80 mgs is 47 year-old David JANNSENS of Thamesford.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on September 27, 2016.
