(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 57 year old male after police investigated an incident at a Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, May 8, 2015 at approximately 4:16 p.m., police received a report of a sexual assault alleged to have occurred at a motel located in Delhi, Ontario.
On Thursday, May 14, 2015, OPP arrested and charged 57-year-old Darwin COOPER of Norfolk County, Ontario with sexual assault and sexual interference.
