(ENNISKILLEN, TOWNSHIP, ON) On September 26, 2013 just before 12:00 p.m. Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of impaired driving, on LaSalle line.
OPP located and stopped the motor vehicle to begin a traffic investigation. The driver of the vehicle was required to provide a breath sample at the roadside. Subsequent to that test the driver was arrested and he provided further breath samples.
As a result of the investigation, 24 year old Daric PETERSEN, of Sarnia has an October 7, 2013 Sarnia court date to answer to the allegation of Drive Over the Legal Limit.
