During the early morning of July 31st, police were conducting a R.I.D.E. program at County Road 43 and Colonnade Road, North Grenville when a vehicle was stopped and the driver exhibited signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to Kemptville OPP detachment for an intoxilyzer test. Daniel Menard, age 48 of North Grenville was charged with impaired driving and driving a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol. The accused will appear in court on August 21st, 2013.
