(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the OPP were conducting RIDE on the northbound ramp of Highway 115 from the Parkway just after 10:00pm on Saturday December 20, 2014. A vehicle approached the RIDE program with the interior of the vehicle that smelled of marihuana. A search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of the drug.
Daniel Jackson (age 37) of Peterborough, ON is charged with possession of under 30g of marihuana. The accused is to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on the January 22, 2015.
