(Clarence-Creek, ON) On November 26, 2013 OPP Constables responded to a harassment complaint on Champlain Road in Clarence-Creek. At that location officers were advised that threats were made towards the occupants of the house. The investigation revealed that after a business agreement went wrong some threats were made towards the complainant.
　
Daniel GERVAIS, 53 years old of Ottawa will have to appear in L’Orignal court on January 16, 2014 to answer to the following charges:
CC 264(2)(d) Criminal Harassment – threatening conduct
CC 372(3) Harassing Telephone Calls
