(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment arrested a 40 year old male after checking a vehicle at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, December 9, 2013 at approximately 9:23 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Queensway East and Ireland Road, when a vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with Driving over the legal limit and Driving while disqualified is 40 year old Dale Louis MCDONALD of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
