(ORILLIA, ON) – On Tuesday October 22, 2013, members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit working in conjunction with officers from the Community Drug Action Team, Emergency Response Team, and Orillia Uniform members executed a search warrant on a residence on Mississaga Street West in the City of Orillia.
During the execution of the warrant approximately 1 pound of marihuana was seized with a street value of $5000.
Dale Leslie King, 38 years old of Orillia has been charged with Trafficking of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana, and Possession of a Schedule III Substance – Percocet.
He has been released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on December 13, 2013.
