The London Police Cyber Crime unit received information from the Department of Homeland Security (USA) that a resident in London was responsible for distributing and receiving child pornography from a suspect who resided in Midland, Texas USA. On Tuesday, November 19, 2013 the London Police Cyber Crime unit executed a search warrant at a Exeter Road Residence. Police located three adults in the residence as well as a marijuana grow operation in the basement. As a result of evidence obtained the following charges were laid:
20-year-old Brandon Saunders
Distribute child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Two counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Access child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Possess schedule II substance for trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Unlawfully produce schedule II substance, contrary to section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
46-year-old Gilbert Saunders
Possess schedule II substance for trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Unlawfully produce schedule II substance, contrary to section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
47-year old Carie Urquhart
Possess schedule II substance for trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Unlawfully produce schedule II substance, contrary to section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

1652 grams of marihuana (value $16520.00)
