(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 24 year old male after police observed an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) at a Windham East Quarter Line Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, February 15, 2014, at approximately 12:40 a.m., police observed an ATV travelling north bound on Windham East Quarter Line Road with three occupants. The ATV was signaled to stop by police however the operator fled off road. The ATV continued east bound across the rail trail and eventually came to a stop.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 24 year old Curtis Neilson TAYLOR of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
Flight from police
Impaired Driving
Driving over the legal limit
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
