Crime of the Week

(Pembroke, Ontario)- The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police and Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving a fail to remain motor vehicle collision.

On Tuesday the 15th of October 2013 between approximately 7:20 am and 7:30 am a fail to remain collision occurred at the intersection of Algonquin and Bert St. in the Town of Petawawa. A dark coloured car that was turning right onto Bert St. struck a pedestrian and continued on without stopping. The pedestrian received minor injuries.
