(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Saturday October 12, 2013 at about 10:00am Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Muskoka EMS attended a two vehicle crash on South Waseosa Lake Road in Huntsville involving a motorcycle and SUV.
Investigation found that the driver of the Honda Shadow motorcycle had crossed into the oncoming lane and was struck by the Kia SUV. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the motorcycle was then transported to a Toronto Hospital.
James LOGAGAINES (53yrs) of Huntsville was eventually charged under the Highway Traffic Act with Fail to Share Road.
