(WALKERTON, ON) – On August 17, 2013 at 2:36 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an intoxicated male in a Silver Pontiac SFS at the Mac’s Milk in Walkerton. Officers arrived to find the intoxicated man still in the vehicle. 19 year old Coulton FISCHER of Mildmay has been charged with Care or control over 80 milligrams and Novice driver blood alcohol above zero. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 23, 2013 to answer to the charges.
