On Friday, July 25, 2014, emergency personnel responded to a collision at the Costco located at 4313 Wellington Road.
On Friday, August 8, 2014, Ruth Burger (65) of London, was arrested and released from custody with a court date of September 16, 2014.
As a result of the investigation, Ruth Burger has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Criminal negligence causing death, contrary to section 220; and
– Two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm, contrary to section 221.
Danah Bozek has been discharged from the hospital and her three-year-old daughter, Miah Bozek, remains in hospital in good condition.
