(PERTH, ON) – On Thursday, October 30, 2014, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Drug Enforcement Unit (East), OPP Emergency Response Team and the OPP East Regional Support Team, conducted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) Search Warrant on Brock Street South, Perth, Ontario.
Police located and seized approximately 14 grams of cocaine, cash and drug related paraphernalia.
As a result of this investigation, John McDOUGALL, 49 and his spouse, Geraldine McDOUGALL, 53 of Perth are charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule I Substance – cocaine. John McDOUGALL is further charged with Breach of Probation.
Both suspects were held in custody to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Perth on October 31, 2014.
