(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 61 year old man with a Drinking and Driving offence at a Lakeshore Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday December 12th, 2013 at approximately 8:20 pm Police were notified of a single motor vehicle collision involving a grey Chev car on Lakeshore Road. While the officer was investigating the collision evidence of impairment by alcohol was detected which led to the vehicle driver being arrested.
Charged with Driving a motor vehicle with over the legal limit of Alcohol is 61 year old James HALL of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
