COLLISION DUE TO CARELESS DRIVING

(Prince Edward County, ON)–On October 6, 2013 at 7:51am officers from the Ontario Provincial Police—Prince Edward County detachment attended a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 17 near Mitchell’s Crossroad in the Ward of North Marysburgh. The motor vehicle had left the roadway entering the ditch. The driver was treated at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.

The female driver, 19-year old Aaron SIZER of Deseronto, ON was charged with Careless Driving contrary to section 130 of the Highway Traffic Act.
