(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On the 9th of March 2014 at approx. 5pm, police received a call about a blue Volvo driving south bound on Sidney St in an erratic manner.
After a short period of time OPP officers located and stopped the blue Volvo travelling west bound on the 401.
61 year old Colin MACKENZIE of Toronto was arrested and charged with impaired driving and driving with over 80mgs of alcohol in his blood.
MACKENZIE was released on a promise to appear with a court date later in March 2014.
