(Asphodel Norwood Township, ON)- On Sunday March 16 at approximately 12:35 a.m. members of the Peterborough County OPP, investigated a vehicle and driver parked at the side of the road on County Road 38.
Officers noted at Honda idling by the side of the highway with an occupant inside and investigated the driver. As a result of the investigation 25 year old Cody GEROW of Peterborough was arrested and charged with Care and Control while Impaired, and Alcohol in a 100 mls. of Blood.
GEROW was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on May 1, 2014.
(Cavan Monaghan Township ON) – On Monday March17 at approximately 5:00 a.m. members of the Peterborough County OPP investigated a motorist on Fallis Line.
As a result of the investigation 23 year old James CRAWFORD of Cavan Monaghan was arrested and charged with Having over 80 mgs of alcohol in a 100mls of Blood.
CRAWFORD was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on May 1, 2014.
