(Batchewana First Nation, ON) On Saturday, September 21, 2013 OPP received a call from concerned citizens regarding a male driving a grey pickup truck in the 1500 block of Old Garden River Road.
Upon police arrival, the vehicle was observed partially on the roadway and partially in a driveway with a male sitting in the driver’s seat.
As a result of police investigation twenty-one year old Coddy Emerson Grant of Fish Hatchery Road, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was arrested and charged with one count of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and one count of Exceed 80 milligram blood alcohol content while operating a motor vehicle contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear for Provincial court October 21, 2013.
