(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 27-year-old female, 34-year-old female and a 29-year-old male after police investigated a motor vehicle at Fourteenth Street West, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 29, 2016, at approximately 10:07 p.m., members of the Norfolk County Street Crime Unit were conducting patrols in the area of Fourteenth Street West, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle and occupants were subsequently investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 27-year-old Whitney Elizabeth ROTH of no fixed address with possession of Cocaine, possession of Psilocybin and fail to comply with conditions of undertaking.
Charged with possession of Cocaine and possession of Psilocybin is 34-year-old Leanne Edna MCCONNELL of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of Cocaine, possession of Psilocybin and fail to comply with probation order is 29-year-old James Clayton DAWLEY of Norfolk County, Ontario.
All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
