(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a possible impaired driver travelling west bound on the 403 Highway.
At approximately 2:14 p.m. Monday December 16th, 2013, officers patrolled the 403 Highway for a BMW that was being driven in an erratic manner. With the assistance on an alert motorist officers stopped the vehicle at the 403 Highway and Oak Park Road. While the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The female driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 3rd, 2014 to answer to the charge.
