(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a possible impaired driver in the Town of Paris. A citizen had advised the Provincial Communication Centre that the driver of a black Chevrolet pickup truck was driving in an extremely erratic manner.
At approximately 9:56 p.m. Saturday November 30th, 2013, an officer stopped the pickup truck on Whitlaw Way. While the officer was talking to the driver he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 10th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
