(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a possible drinking driver in the Town of Cayuga, in Haldimand County.
At approximately 10:28 p.m. Tuesday July 15th, 2014, officers were advised of a Jeep Liberty being driven in an erratic manner in the Town of Cayuga. An officer observed the vehicle and stopped it on Montour Street. While the officer was talking to the male driver she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the Haldimand County OPP for Intoxilyzer tests.
Jesse CLARK 18 years of age from Haldimand County is facing the following Criminal charges

Driving With More Than 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Cayuga at a later date.
