(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Lakehurst Road just before 12:30am Saturday morning. The driver was investigated and was found to be drinking.
Christopher WHITWELL (age 37) of Burlington, ON was arrested and charged with driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 10, 2015.
