(Otonabee-South Monaghan, ON) – On Friday December 5, at 10:48 p.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were conducting a RIDE program on Old Norwood Road. A vehicle attempted to pull into a private lane in an attempt to avoid police.
Christopher VYN (36) of Park Street in Peterborough is charged with Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. Mr. VYN is due in Peterborough Provincial Court on January 8, 2015.
