Waterloo Regional Police have issued an arrest warrant for 23 year old Christopher Robert Sparks. Sparks of Kitchener is charged with multiple offences including Break and Enter, Theft from Mail, Breach of Probation and Possesion of Break in tools. The charges relate to an investigation into break and enters of mailboxes within apartment buildings in the Kitchener/ Waterloo area.
Christopher Robert Sparks is white, 5’11, 160 lbs with brown hair and eyes. A photo is attached to this release. Police are requesting the assistance of the public with any information that could lead to the whereabouts of Sparks.
