Christopher MILLER – Rollover Drunk Driving

(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Thursday February 27, 2014, at approximately 6:33 p.m. Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the area of Highway 6 north of Red Bay Road, Town of South Bruce Peninsula to investigate a vehicle rollover. While speaking to the driver, evidence of alcohol consumption was detected which lead the police to administer an approved screening device (ASD) roadside test; the driver failed and was subsequently arrested.

A 27 year old, Christopher MILLER from Northern Bruce Peninsula, is charged under the Criminal Code of Canada section 253(1)(b), driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in 100 ml of blood.

He is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound Court on Thursday March 13, 2014 to answer to the charge.
