(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On September 11th, 2016 at approximately 12:55 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling the area of Dunkerron Avenue and observed a motor vehicle near a washroom in Beach Area 3 of the Wasaga Beach Provincial Park.
Upon approach Police observed individuals in this motor vehicle and upon speaking with the driver of this vehicle OPP quickly determined that he was under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Christopher M MUIRHEAD 56 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is October 11th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
