(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On November 27th, 2010 at 11:34 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. on Highway 21 in Bruce Township when a vehicle stopped and officers found the driver in possession of open alcohol.
29 year old Christopher DURNIN of Port Albert has been charged with Drive motor vehicle with open liquor. The South Bruce OPP is sending out a reminder that the open alcohol is only legal in a private place, residence or licensed premise.
