(North Dundas) – On 07Apr14, at approximately 6:30pm, SD&G OP officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Lough Road, North Dundas Township.
The investigation revealed that a 29yr old male driver (Christopher Clayton BEATTIE of North Dundas) was operating a vehicle when he drove off the roadway and struck a pole.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood
He is scheduled to appear 13May14 in Morrisburg court.
