(SUDBURY, ON)- On November 27, 2016, at approximately 11:15 a.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting proactive traffic initiatives and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Christopher BOURGEOIS, 54 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on December 19, 2016.
