(ST. MARY’S, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Section (Project “Pâ€) and Sebringville OPP have arrested and charged a St. Mary’s man following an on-line undercover child pornography investigation.
On May 31, 2011 police executed a criminal code search warrant at a St. Mary’s residence. As a result of this investigation, two computers and a cellular telephone were seized which contain evidence of child luring.
On May 31, 2011, police arrested Curtis OLIVER, age 20 years-old of the Town of St. Mary’s, Ontario. He is charged one count of Luring a Child.
He will be held in custody pending a bail hearing on the June 1, 2011 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford, Ontario.
The investigation is continuing.
