(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On December 12, 2015 at approximately 9:51 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped an erratic driver on Southgate Sideroad 39 in the Township of Southgate. The driver of the 2014 Kia was found to be in possession of marihuana and another drug believed to be oxycodone.
21-year old Charles Davis STORREY of the Municipality of West Grey was charged with possession of marihuana – under 30 grams and possession of a Schedule I Substance – Other Drug under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 4, 2016.
