(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, January 11, 2014, at approximately 5:00 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call from a woman seeking advice. Officers met with the woman at which time they observed injuries to her face. After further investigation, it was revealed that she had been assaulted by her boyfriend earlier in the day.
The suspect was arrested at his residence in the Township of Chatsworth. The 43 year old accused is charged with domestic assault and breach of probation. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled Monday, January 13, 2014.
